industry, products sold by us carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Our materials providers are industry leaders
who provide thorough guarantees against defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service which are extended
to you upon installation. If any products used are defective due to workmanship or materials, Best Cellar Wine Designs will,
at our option, repair or replace the defective product free of charge in accordance with the guarantees provided by our suppliers.
Details of our supplier guarantees are available on the supplier's website. Names of materials suppliers will be provided
in advance with your installation proposal.
This warranty constitutes the liability of Best Cellar Wine Designs for our services
and the products of our suppliers, and is in lieu of all other warranties or representations, including a warranty of merchantability,
either expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover products that are not provided by us or our suppliers, acts of God,
and products subjected to conditions outside the limitations of the product design.
